Community Development Resources (CDR) is a non-profit 501c(3) organization and a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) whose mission is to create economic opportunity and strong communities by providing capital and technical assistance to develop and fortify small businesses; increase the supply of affordable housing; and promote community development in the state of Nebraska.
