Launched in 2019 to accelerate the growth of the field, REDF Impact Investing Fund (RIIF) provides flexible capital and terms that help employment social enterprises to grow. A certified nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution, RIIF offers a variety of loan products to suit diverse capital needs and leverages relationships with other lenders to help entrepreneurs build their capital stack so they may achieve larger growth and impact.

From underwriting to portfolio management, RIIF’s high-touch partnership builds borrower creditworthiness and demonstrates how flexible loan terms, combined with support provided by our in-house capacity building team, can strengthen borrower performance and attract new sources of capital to the field.
