The LGBTQIA+ National Grant provides eligible small businesses the chance to receive one of 25 grant packages totaling $25,000. Founders First is committed to increasing the number of diverse founder-led businesses generating over $1 million dollars in revenues.
What We Are Offering
$25,000 in Small Business Grants
The $25,000 fund will make investments to 25 LGBTQIA+ business owners in the form of $1,000 micro grants.

Join the Founders First family and connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and gain exclusive access to webinars and other valuable resources.
How It Works
- Grant money can be used in whatever way Founders need to use it – like seeking professional assistance with preparing documents to qualify for funding
- Complete full application which includes information about your business and a short 1-3 minute pitch video.
- All completed applications will be reviewed and grant semi-finalists will be selected for our final judging round.
- All 25 grant finalists are announced during a live press event
Eligibility Requirements
- Identify as a LGBTQIA+ business owner
- Must be a CEO, President, or Business Owner
- Have an active U.S. based business
- Business Annual Revenue does not exceed $5M
- Must have between 2 to 100 employees
- Minimum of 1 year in business
