Led by an 12 member board of directors made up of representatives from each of the city jurisdictions, the business and banking sectors, as well as local community leaders. EDFC provides alternative financing opportunities through our loan programs. In 2013 EDFC was certified as a Community Development Financial Institution. (CDFI)
