AAFE Community Development Fund is a U.S. Treasury designated Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to promoting, protecting and advancing homeownership for low- and moderate- income and underserved households and communities in New York City.

As New York keeps moving toward being a city of renters, AAFE Community Development Fund (CDF) encourages and protects the viability of home ownership to keep New York City neighborhoods and households stable and to help our clients and their families build wealth.

Since 1999, AAFE CDF has helped New Yorkers from all five boroughs by providing homeowner counseling, homebuyer education and making loans to assist both homebuyers and homeowners. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of clients buy their homes and helped many others keep them in good condition.
